Return & Exchange Policy

At ParfuMary AROMASPACE, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. Because our items are handcrafted with care using premium fragrance ingredients, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before making your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — including candles, diffusers, wax sachets, and candle bouquets — all sales are considered final once the product has been opened or used. We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been unsealed, burned, or otherwise used.

Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, or if you would like to exchange an unopened and unused product, we are happy to assist within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire and may be used toward any product on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
